About this role
Dash0 is seeking an Enterprise Solutions Engineer to serve as a technical advisor to their largest customers, bridging the gap between product capabilities and customer outcomes. You'll design observability solutions, execute Proofs of Concept, and collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure customers maximize the value of the Dash0 platform. This remote role, preferred in the Boston or NYC area, requires business travel.
What you'll do
- Design and architect observability solutions using OpenTelemetry, Kubernetes, and cloud-native technologies.
- Translate customer requirements into scalable Dash0 implementations.
- Develop and execute Proofs of Concept (POCs).
- Deliver technical demos and presentations.
- Collaborate with Enterprise Account Executives.
- Provide architecture guidance and best practices.
