Forward Deployed Engineer - FDE (Fullstack) - Digital Native Business

About this role

A customer-facing technical role where you'll design and deploy production data and AI solutions on the Databricks platform. You'll lead end-to-end architecture decisions, work embedded with enterprise clients, and drive transformational impact across data engineering, ML/AI, and application development.

What you'll do

• Deliver production-grade data and AI solutions including architecture design, custom applications, and ML model integration for strategic customers
• Lead technical project scoping and delivery with engagement managers while managing scope, timelines, and measurable outcomes
• Embed with customer teams to understand challenges and guide adoption of Databricks across technical and executive stakeholders
• Design secure, scalable end-to-end architectures aligned with customer needs and Databricks best practices
• Collaborate with internal engineering, support, and product teams to resolve engagement-specific issues and provide product feedback
• Develop reusable accelerators, frameworks, and best practices that scale across accounts and influence product roadmap
