Datadog seeks a Commercial Sales Engineer for the Denver area to bridge technical expertise and sales success. You'll conduct product demonstrations, lead technical evaluations, and provide customer support while collaborating with product teams on feature prioritization for the monitoring and DevOps platform.

What you'll do

  • Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients
  • Support proof-of-concept evaluations and help qualify sales opportunities
  • Provide onboarding assistance and troubleshoot technical issues for customers
  • Collaborate with the product team on feature requests based on customer feedback
  • Partner with sales teams to communicate Datadog's value proposition and strategy
  • Travel to client sites (up to 25%) and stay current with emerging monitoring technologies
