Datadog seeks a Commercial Sales Engineer in Boston to combine technical expertise with sales acumen, delivering product demonstrations and supporting customer evaluations while advocating for feature priorities with the product team. You'll partner with sales to communicate Datadog's value proposition and guide clients through onboarding in a hybrid work environment.
What you'll do
- Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients
- Qualify and support closure of sales opportunities through technical expertise
- Conduct and support proof-of-concept (POC) evaluations with customers
- Communicate feature requests and customer feedback to the product team
- Assist with customer onboarding and troubleshoot technical roadblocks
- Travel to client sites for relationship-building and technical engagement
