What you'll do

  • Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients
  • Qualify and support closure of sales opportunities through technical expertise
  • Conduct and support proof-of-concept (POC) evaluations with customers
  • Communicate feature requests and customer feedback to the product team
  • Assist with customer onboarding and troubleshoot technical roadblocks
  • Travel to client sites for relationship-building and technical engagement
