Site Reliability Engineer II

About this role

Dataiku seeks an experienced Site Reliability Engineer II to design, deploy, and operate secure, reliable cloud infrastructure for their managed SaaS platform. You'll focus on enterprise networking, security architecture, compliance, and automation while working with modern cloud technologies and leading a central initiative for the company.

What you'll do

• Design and maintain network security measures including private connectivity, VPN/IPSEC, and firewall configurations in cloud environments
• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues across cloud and on-premises environments
• Collaborate with security teams to execute security roadmap and enhance overall security posture
• Ensure compliance with industry standards such as SOC2 and HIPAA through appropriate controls
• Automate routine tasks and processes using infrastructure-as-code tools to improve efficiency
• Continuously improve infrastructure, deployment, monitoring, and configuration for reliability and scalability

• Enterprise networking (VPN IPSEC, Palo Alto, Cisco, PrivateLink)
• Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) with networking services expertise
• Infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Ansible, Helm)
• Network troubleshooting tools (tcpdump, wireshark, netstat, dig)
• Network security and secure architecture design
• Compliance and industry standards knowledge (SOC2, HIPAA)
• Docker and Kubernetes (bonus)
• Scripting and automation
