Data Systems Analysts seeks a mid-level Software Developer for Huntsville, AL to design and maintain enterprise applications on SharePoint and Microsoft 365 platforms supporting the U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command. The role requires expertise in DoD environments, knowledge management systems, and compliance with defense cybersecurity standards.

What you'll do

  • Develop automated collaborative tools, database solutions, and document management systems for knowledge management initiatives
  • Provide SharePoint development and administration including installation, configuration, and maintenance in NIPRNet/SIPRNet environments
  • Design, build, and maintain enterprise applications and workflows on SharePoint and Microsoft 365 platforms
  • Produce technical documentation including implementation procedures, planning guides, and training materials
  • Conduct code reviews for security compliance, performance optimization, and DoD cybersecurity requirement adherence
  • Collaborate with government personnel and contractors to deliver secure and efficient knowledge management solutions
