About this role
Datatonic, a Google Cloud AI partner, seeks an experienced IT Support Engineer to manage technical support for a macOS-based team across Zagreb, UK, and Europe. You'll handle user support, device lifecycle management, and infrastructure for a Google Workspace-integrated environment while reporting to the Head of IT and Security.
What you'll do
- Triage and resolve hardware, software, and networking issues for in-office and remote users while meeting SLAs
- Manage end-to-end user onboarding and offboarding including device provisioning and access management
- Administer device inventory, hardware lifecycle, warranty claims, and vendor coordination
- Maintain and troubleshoot AV equipment and meeting room setups
- Create documentation and training materials to reduce repeat support tickets
- Automate repetitive tasks using Python and Bash scripting
