About this role

Decagon seeks a Growth Engineer to own the technical strategy and execution of their website and growth products, building AI-powered tools and interactive experiences that drive pipeline growth. You'll balance product-like ownership of the website roadmap with shipping specialized growth tools that leverage the company's conversational AI stack.

What you'll do

  • Design and ship technical growth products including personalized asset builders, interactive demos, and AI-powered tools
  • Establish testing infrastructure and run structured conversion rate optimization experiments
  • Build internal tooling that automates work in ad platforms and surfaces intent signals to sales
  • Scale internationally by building technical foundations for multi-market and multi-language support
  • Hire and mentor specialists in website execution, SEO/AEO, and growth operations as the team grows

What they're looking for

  • Full-stack software engineering with 5+ years experience
  • Product ownership and roadmap prioritization
  • CMS architecture and website technical foundations
  • API design and third-party integrations (Salesforce, marketing platforms)
  • AI/LLM-powered application development
  • Conversion rate optimization and A/B testing infrastructure
  • Cross-functional collaboration and team leadership
  • International product scaling and localization
