Decagon is seeking a Strategic Solutions Engineer to drive the integration of AI solutions in enterprise environments. This remote role combines technical advisory, product strategy, and pre-sales engineering to enhance customer experiences with AI-powered platforms.

What you'll do

• Serve as a technical advisor for enterprise clients
• Collaborate with Account Executives to identify and qualify solutions
• Create customized generative AI experiences for clients
• Develop tailored demonstrations using the Decagon platform
• Communicate technical concepts to various stakeholders
• Foster strong interpersonal relationships with customers
