About this role

Decagon seeks a Strategic Solutions Engineer to serve as a technical bridge between enterprise customers and their conversational AI platform. You'll design custom AI solutions, partner with sales teams on high-value deals, and communicate complex technology to diverse stakeholders across the customer organization.

What you'll do

• Partner with Account Executives to identify and qualify AI solutions that deliver measurable ROI
• Architect and design generative AI experiences tailored to customer needs using Decagon's platform
• Build custom demonstrations showcasing platform capabilities for specific customer use cases
• Translate technical concepts into clear language for C-suite, business, and engineering audiences
• Advise enterprise prospects on integrating AI into complex existing systems and workflows
• Drive value-based solutioning aligned with customer business outcomes
