Front End Engineer (Remote)

Decile Group seeks a Front End Engineer to develop and refine the user experience of their Decile Hub platform, which empowers next-generation venture capital investors. You'll work within a Rails codebase, combining strong front-end skills with meticulous attention to design details to create intuitive, world-class tools.

What you'll do

• Own the full product experience and UI/UX of the Decile Hub platform
• Build and maintain front-end features within a Rails codebase
• Collaborate with the product and engineering team on feature development
• Identify and resolve usability issues and design inconsistencies
• Participate in code reviews and technical discussions
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate development and problem-solving
