About this role

Deepgram seeks a Customer Success Engineer to drive enterprise customer adoption and expansion by combining technical expertise, strategic account management, and AI-native workflows. You'll own the full customer lifecycle—from onboarding through expansion—serving as a trusted advisor to developers and C-suite executives alike, while identifying technical problems and business opportunities that inform product development.

What you'll do

  • Own portfolio of enterprise accounts end-to-end, managing relationships from individual developers to CTOs and overseeing onboarding, adoption, and expansion
  • Deliver technical consulting through demos, architecture guidance, integration troubleshooting, and best-practice recommendations
  • Conduct continuous discovery to surface customer problems, translate them into product requirements, and drive strategic recommendations
  • Identify and scope expansion opportunities (cross-sell, upsell) and lead executive business reviews and joint planning
  • Monitor adoption metrics, usage patterns, and account health to drive retention and growth outcomes
  • Build AI-powered tools and workflows to eliminate recurring work and scale customer success processes
