Forward Deployed Engineer, Deepgram for Restaurants

About this role

Deploy Deepgram's voice AI platform into enterprise restaurant environments, owning end-to-end technical implementations from architecture through production optimization. Partner closely with customer engineering teams to integrate voice solutions into complex operational systems while gathering insights that shape product improvements across the platform.

What you'll do

• Own full technical lifecycle of customer deployments including discovery, architecture, integration, and go-live support
• Embed with enterprise restaurant partners to deeply understand their systems and adapt Deepgram's platform to operational requirements
• Write code, debug production issues, and serve as escalation point for complex technical problems in live deployments
• Build reusable tools, playbooks, and reference architectures that accelerate future deployments
• Translate real-world deployment challenges into product requirements for engineering teams
• Partner with sales on technical discovery and customer solutioning for prospects
