About this role

Deepgram seeks a Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer to serve as the technical authority connecting our Voice AI platform to customer needs. You'll lead technical discovery, build proof-of-concepts, and collaborate with sales teams to accelerate enterprise deals while contributing to product strategy based on market insights.

What you'll do

  • Lead technical discovery and solution design for enterprise prospects
  • Architect and implement custom proof-of-concepts and technical demonstrations
  • Provide guidance on API integration, performance optimization, and deployment strategies
  • Partner with Account Executives to address technical objections and advance sales cycles
  • Create technical content including implementation guides and reference architectures
  • Represent customer feedback to product and engineering teams
