About this role
Deepgram seeks a Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer to serve as the technical authority connecting our Voice AI platform to customer needs. You'll lead technical discovery, build proof-of-concepts, and collaborate with sales teams to accelerate enterprise deals while contributing to product strategy based on market insights.
What you'll do
- Lead technical discovery and solution design for enterprise prospects
- Architect and implement custom proof-of-concepts and technical demonstrations
- Provide guidance on API integration, performance optimization, and deployment strategies
- Partner with Account Executives to address technical objections and advance sales cycles
- Create technical content including implementation guides and reference architectures
- Represent customer feedback to product and engineering teams
