IT Engineer

About this role

Join our IT Operations team as an IT Engineer to manage enterprise IT infrastructure while maintaining strong security compliance. You'll own endpoint management, identity systems, and SaaS operations in a CMMC-regulated environment, balancing user enablement with security requirements.

What you'll do

• Administer MDM (Jamf), Google Workspace, and identity management platforms with NIST SP 800-171 and CMMC compliance
• Lead IT projects from planning through implementation, including SaaS rollouts and endpoint compliance initiatives
• Provide escalation support for complex technical issues and serve as Tier 2/3 helpdesk resource
• Manage endpoint lifecycle: imaging, configuration, policy enforcement, compliance reporting, and decommissioning
• Handle user onboarding/offboarding and SaaS access provisioning across the organization
• Create IT documentation, runbooks, and process improvements to enhance operations and reduce ticket volume

• MDM platform administration (Jamf preferred)
• Google Admin Console and identity management systems
• Enterprise endpoint management at scale
• SaaS administration and access provisioning workflows
• NIST SP 800-171 and CMMC compliance frameworks
• IT project management and change management
• Helpdesk ticketing systems and troubleshooting methodology
• Scripting or automation (Bash, Python preferred)
