About this role

Delta Solutions & Strategies is hiring a Senior Aerospace Engineer to serve as a technical expert supporting the U.S. Space Force's Space Sensing Command at Los Angeles Air Force Base. You'll drive systems engineering and mission integration across space vehicle acquisition, advising leadership on complex technical challenges and shaping strategic approaches.

What you'll do

  • Provide systems engineering and mission integration support for Space Sensing acquisition programs
  • Lead complex technical analyses, reviews, and trade studies across space vehicle and payload systems
  • Advise Government technical and program leadership on high-impact technical decisions
  • Support space vehicle, payload, ground system, test, and launch readiness activities
  • Shape technical approaches and influence mission-critical decision products
  • Brief senior stakeholders on technical findings and recommendations
