Forward Deployed Engineer

About this role

DevRev seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer to help enterprise customers maximize value from its AI platform by designing and deploying intelligent agents, automations, and integrations. You'll split time between direct customer collaboration and hands-on technical implementation, building custom solutions that connect DevRev to customer ecosystems using modern development languages and AI techniques.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and deploy AI agents, integrations, and automations tailored to customer needs
• Connect DevRev with enterprise SaaS and non-SaaS platforms through APIs, webhooks, and event-driven architectures
• Apply prompt engineering and fine-tune generative AI techniques to optimize agent performance
• Write SQL queries, perform data analysis, and build dashboards for customer insights
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with customers, engineering, product, and success teams
• Travel up to 30% for on-site implementations and customer technical workshops
