Forward Deployed Engineer - Applied AI

About this role

DevRev seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer to build AI-powered solutions and integrations on its platform, working 30% directly with customers and 70-80% on hands-on technical implementation. You'll design AI agents, connect systems via APIs and webhooks, optimize AI performance, and guide customers through technical adoption with occasional travel.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and deploy AI agents, integrations, and automations connecting DevRev with customer tech stacks
• Integrate DevRev with SaaS and non-SaaS platforms using APIs, webhooks, and real-time architectures
• Apply prompt engineering and generative AI techniques to enhance agent accuracy and user experience
• Build dashboards, write SQL queries, and perform data analysis to surface customer insights
• Develop rapid prototypes, conduct technical demos, and iterate based on feedback
• Collaborate cross-functionally with customers, engineering, product, and success teams
