About this role

Dialpad seeks a Sales Engineer III in Austin to deliver product demonstrations and proof-of-concept implementations for their AI-powered communications platform. You'll partner closely with Account Executives to translate complex technical features into compelling solutions for enterprise customers while providing pre-sales technical support and training.

What you'll do

  • Own and deliver product demonstrations and high-touch proof-of-concept engagements
  • Gather success criteria, configure systems, and provide admin and user training
  • Partner with Account Executives to identify customer requirements and present tailored solutions
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and test network environments using Sales Engineering tools
  • Build technical relationships with prospects and translate product knowledge for non-technical audiences
  • Complete Sales Engineering Demo Certification and collaborate across Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams
