Network Engineer (L2)

We are looking for a Network Engineer (L2) to join our Managed Services team in Brisbane, focusing on delivering support across enterprise networking and security environments. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in troubleshooting and a passion for modern networking practices within a dynamic MSP setting.

What you'll do

• Manage incidents and service requests across customer networks.
• Monitor and support enterprise network, wireless, and security infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot network, SD-WAN, and connectivity issues.
• Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with senior engineers during major incidents.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

What they're looking for

• Knowledge of Fortinet and Cisco technologies.
• Experience with Aruba and Meraki wireless platforms.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies.
• Familiarity with SD-WAN fundamentals.
• ITIL service management knowledge.
• Effective communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
