Join Diligent as a Solutions Engineer to bridge sales and customer success by guiding organizations through GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) transformations. You'll lead pre-sales efforts on smaller deals independently while collaborating with senior engineers on complex enterprise opportunities, translating business challenges into compelling platform solutions.
What you'll do
- Lead pre-sales lifecycle for small to mid-sized opportunities, partnering with Sales to demonstrate business value
- Deliver customized software demonstrations that clearly articulate ROI and platform capabilities
- Engage with stakeholders across audit, risk, compliance, and governance teams to understand their challenges
- Collaborate with senior Solutions Engineers on complex, multi-pillar enterprise deals
- Translate GRC business problems into clear, solution-focused recommendations
- Continuously improve skills through coaching and feedback from the team
