About this role
Quantum Computing Inc. seeks an EHS Engineer to oversee environmental, health, and safety operations across semiconductor manufacturing facilities in Massachusetts and New Jersey. What you'll do
- Manage weekly eyewash/emergency shower and monthly fire extinguisher inspections across multiple semiconductor facilities
- Coordinate hazardous waste pickups with licensed vendors and ensure RCRA-compliant labeling, storage, and manifesting
- Conduct routine chemical audits and maintain accurate inventory database for on-site materials
- Review new chemical requests, assess hazards, and approve purchasing documentation
- Respond to chemical spills and releases as active member of hazardous spill response team
- Support environmental compliance programs including air permitting, stormwater management, and regulatory reporting
