Forward Deployed Engineer, AI Workflows + Infrastructure

About this role

Join a fintech team as a forward-deployed technical generalist who guides AI agents to build production AI workflows for enterprise customers. You'll orchestrate AI-driven implementation, validate system architecture, and ensure customer success from discovery through deployment in a high-leverage, remote-first environment.

What you'll do

• Lead customer technical onboarding and translate requirements into APIs, integrations, and deployment strategies
• Direct AI agents as primary implementation workforce, providing context and iterating toward quality outcomes
• Validate architectural, security, and performance decisions for fintech payment systems
• Diagnose and resolve infrastructure issues across networking, authentication, databases, and cloud platforms
• Review, test, debug, and harden AI-generated code and system designs
• Capture customer insights to improve product, tooling, documentation, and reusable playbooks
