Hardware / Electrical Engineer (FPGA)

About this role

Seeking an experienced FPGA engineer to design and verify avionics hardware with DO-254 compliance. This role spans the full hardware lifecycle from requirements through implementation, with emphasis on certification support and team leadership in a Melbourne, Florida location.

What you'll do

• Design and simulate RTL using VHDL, Verilog, and SystemVerilog
• Develop UVM-based test environments for FPGA verification
• Perform static timing analysis, linting, and CDC checks
• Support DO-254 certification activities and FAA audit participation
• Manage hardware development from requirements through place & route
• Guide and coordinate offshore engineering teams
