About this role
Design and develop FPGA and microcontroller hardware for next-generation electronic safety and arming devices used in DOD weapon systems. This role combines digital logic design, firmware development, and hardware verification in a fast-paced environment.
What you'll do
- Design and debug FPGA architectures using Verilog HDL for Antifuse and Flash-based devices
- Develop SystemVerilog UVM testbenches for functional verification and validation
- Create C# microcontroller firmware and embedded C algorithms
- Analyze functional requirements and define hardware-firmware architecture
- Perform hardware-firmware integration testing using lab tools and debug equipment
- Contribute to process improvements for quality assurance and time-to-market
