About this role

Distyl AI seeks backend software engineers to build and scale Distillery, an AI-native platform powering enterprise workflows for Fortune 500 companies. You'll develop cloud-native microservices, optimize AI infrastructure reliability, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex AI deployment challenges.

What you'll do

  • Design and build scalable AI-native infrastructure where AI automates and optimizes enterprise workflows
  • Develop secure, high-performance backend services using Python, FastAPI, and SQLAlchemy on Kubernetes environments
  • Ensure system reliability, security, and observability across distributed AI-powered systems
  • Collaborate with Forward-Deployed Engineers and AI Researchers to translate operational needs into platform features
  • Implement best practices for ML/AI Ops and distributed computing at scale
