About this role

Divergent seeks an AI Software Engineer to design and deploy generative AI solutions using LLMs and multimodal models. You'll build autonomous AI agents that enhance manufacturing efficiency and product quality, handling the full pipeline from data ingestion to production deployment.

What you'll do

• Design and deploy generative AI models using deep learning and agentic workflows
• Fine-tune state-of-the-art models for specific use cases and optimize inference performance
• Architect domain-specific AI systems with multi-agent orchestration and advanced state management
• Implement model monitoring, agent reliability tracking, and bias mitigation strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on integration, compliance, and responsible AI practices
• Determine hardware requirements and design deployment architecture with infrastructure team
