About this role
DLH seeks a Technical Instructor/Course Developer to create and update CANES and C4I training curriculum for Navy fleet modernization. This role focuses on translating system updates and configuration changes into practical, effective training materials that ensure Sailor readiness to Navy operational standards.
What you'll do
- Review system updates and configuration changes to align curriculum with current CANES fleet baseline
- Develop and maintain courseware, lesson plans, student guides, and hands-on lab exercises using Navy authoring tools
- Apply Instructional System Design methodology to define learning requirements and objectives
- Deliver classroom and hands-on instruction for pilot courses and fleet training events
- Evaluate training effectiveness and incorporate feedback to maintain technical accuracy
- Collaborate with engineering and program teams on training alignment with system configurations
