Join DoorDash's Reliability Platform team to build infrastructure tools that help thousands of internal engineers safely manage production systems. You'll work across service health monitoring, change orchestration, and incident management—combining software engineering with systems integration to eliminate infrastructure complexity.

What you'll do

• Design and build backend services and data pipelines for reliability platform infrastructure
• Develop SLO frameworks and analytics tools to extract insights from telemetry data
• Create self-service provisioning and change orchestration systems for safe production deployments
• Build incident management tools and processes to help teams recover from unexpected issues
• Integrate AI agents into platform capabilities to improve automation and insights
• Collaborate with infrastructure and product teams to deliver broad platform improvements
