Dragos is seeking a Junior OT/ICS Lab Engineer to build and maintain realistic operational technology (OT) lab environments. This hands-on role involves configuring industrial control systems, testing cybersecurity solutions, and supporting threat research, all while contributing to the critical mission of protecting vital infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be curious, detail-oriented, and possess a strong foundation in networking and a desire to learn OT-specific concepts.
What you'll do
- Build, configure, and maintain OT lab environments.
- Set up and manage industrial control systems (PLCs, RTUs, HMIs).
- Deploy sensors and data collection tools for network traffic analysis.
- Execute test plans to validate cybersecurity capabilities.
- Troubleshoot lab infrastructure and device configuration issues.
- Document lab configurations and operational procedures.
