Founding Full-Stack Engineer

About this role

Dryft is seeking a Founding Full-Stack Engineer to build intelligent automation systems for manufacturing operations. You'll develop scalable decision intelligence combining agent-based reasoning, optimization, and simulation across industrial data in a small, high-caliber team backed by leaders from Amazon, Facebook, and Stripe.

What you'll do

• Design and build scalable agent-based systems for manufacturing decision intelligence
• Develop full-stack features across Python backend (FastAPI) and TypeScript frontend (React)
• Create data-intensive, multi-tenant production systems with Postgres and Redis
• Collaborate directly with customers on product development and requirements
• Implement mathematical optimization and simulation capabilities
• Own end-to-end shipping of features from algorithm to infrastructure to UI
