Dust seeks a founding Solutions Engineer to build their post-sales technical partnership function from scratch. You'll be the trusted technical advisor for enterprise customers, driving adoption and expansion while shaping processes and best practices for a scaling organization.

What you'll do

  • Establish post-sales Solutions Engineering processes and best practices as a founding team member
  • Serve as technical advisor to enterprise customers, leading implementation projects and custom AI workflows
  • Drive customer adoption and expansion by uncovering pain points and architecting scalable agent solutions
  • Conduct training workshops and enablement programs to help customers operationalize the platform
  • Translate customer feedback and usage patterns into product insights for the engineering team
  • Bridge customer needs with product evolution by advocating for improvements and identifying reusable frameworks
