Deployment Engineer

About this role

Dyna Robotics seeks a Deployment Engineer to deploy and maintain AI-powered robots at customer sites across industries. You'll manage the full stack—from network setup and inference servers to hands-on hardware debugging—while owning incident response and serving as the primary customer-facing technical contact.

What you'll do

• Set up and maintain deployment sites, including network configuration, firewall whitelisting, inference server provisioning, and end-to-end validation
• Own on-call incident response: triage issues, debug across the stack under pressure, and write post-mortems
• Debug across Linux services, Docker containers, GPU/inference servers, networking, and robot hardware (arms, motors, sensors)
• Act as on-site technical contact for customer IT and site leads; coordinate deployments and represent Dyna professionally
• Scale the function by converting knowledge into runbooks, automation scripts, monitoring dashboards, and onboarding processes
• Report issues back to engineering teams and advocate for fleet-wide fixes rather than one-off patches
