Solutions Engineer II - DoD

About this role

Echodyne seeks a Solutions Engineer II to support sales and customer success for its advanced solid-state radar systems. The role combines pre- and post-sales technical engagement, on-site product demonstrations, system deployment, and customer relationship management across defense and commercial sectors.

What you'll do

• Conduct on-site radar demonstrations at customer sites, conferences, and events
• Lead installation planning, deployment configuration, system tuning, and technical troubleshooting
• Support pre- and post-sales technical engagement with customers and partners
• Manage customer relationships and gather feedback for product improvement
• Develop and maintain training materials, application notes, and user documentation
• Perform post-demonstration data analysis and reporting
