- Collaborate directly with enterprise customers to identify and solve problems.

- Develop agentic features for knowledge management and reliability systems.
- Architect scalable AI orchestration systems.
- Contribute to and extend Edra's core context-learning library.
- Own customer engagements through discovery, design, production, adoption, and expansion.
