Associate Application Developer

About this role

An early-career application developer role at a credit union focused on building and maintaining financial software solutions. You'll translate business requirements into technical implementations, work with banking platforms like Jack Henry Symitar, and collaborate across teams to enhance system capabilities.

What you'll do

• Develop and modify programs using JHA Symitar PowerOn programming language for data processing and applications
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions with stakeholders
• Troubleshoot production issues and resolve incidents in existing applications
• Deploy application updates to test environments and manage rollback procedures
• Collaborate with third-party vendors on software and hardware integration
• Follow SDLC best practices to deliver solutions supporting business strategies
