Developer Community Growth

About this role

ElevenLabs seeks a Developer Community Growth specialist to be the public face of the company to developers through speaking engagements, demos, and community engagement. You'll drive conference strategy, deliver technical talks, and build developer relationships across platforms like Discord and Reddit while maintaining hands-on technical credibility.

What you'll do

• Deliver technical talks and live demos at developer conferences and meetups
• Pitch and secure speaking slots at relevant events proactively
• Manage conference sponsorship pipeline including selection, prioritization, logistics, and budgeting
• Engage with developers in Discord, Reddit, and other community spaces to answer questions and gather feedback
• Build demo code and examples that showcase ElevenAPI and ElevenAgents capabilities
• Route community insights back to product teams to inform development

What they're looking for

• Public speaking with proven conference/meetup experience
• Technical communication and ability to explain complex APIs clearly
• Engineering background and technical literacy
• Demo and example code development
• Community management and developer empathy
• Event operations, sponsorship management, and budgeting
• AI/builder community involvement
• Active participation in developer communities (Discord, Reddit, etc.)
