Enterprise Solutions Engineer - Middle East

About this role

ElevenLabs seeks an Enterprise Solutions Engineer for the Middle East to bridge technical expertise and customer needs, helping enterprises scale their use of our AI voice platform. You'll partner with sales teams and customers to architect solutions, create technical demos, and build enablement resources that drive adoption and identify product opportunities.

What you'll do

• Collaborate with Account Executives to strengthen the technical sales process
• Provide technical support and architecture guidance directly to enterprise customers
• Build compelling product demonstrations showcasing key value propositions
• Create technical enablement materials and documentation for sales teams and customers
• Develop self-service tools and resources enabling customer implementation
• Identify scalable integration patterns to drive product innovation
