Enterprise Solutions Engineer - North America

About this role

ElevenLabs seeks an Enterprise Solutions Engineer to drive adoption of its AI voice platform among enterprise customers in North America. You'll bridge sales and technical teams, architect custom solutions, and create scalable enablement resources that help customers implement AI voice technology effectively.

What you'll do

• Partner with Account Executives to strengthen technical sales strategy and customer engagement
• Architect customized technical solutions working directly with customer technical teams
• Design and deliver compelling product demonstrations highlighting platform capabilities
• Develop technical enablement materials and documentation to support sales effectiveness
• Build self-service tools and resources enabling customer implementation independence
• Identify scalable integration patterns for potential product enhancements
