About this role
EliseAI seeks an Associate Solutions Engineer to provide technical support and troubleshooting for AI-powered housing solutions. You'll investigate issues, advise clients on system configuration, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex problems while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
What you'll do
- Investigate root causes of customer issues using SQL queries, logs, and data analysis tools
- Document bugs with clear reproduction steps, business impact, and relevant supporting details
- Communicate technical solutions to clients and confirm resolution
- Advise clients on best practices for configuring and using the AI Assistant
- Understand client onboarding, system integrations with email/calendar/CRM/property management platforms, and business operations
- Prioritize support tickets based on business impact and provide responsive, empathetic customer service
