About this role
EliseAI seeks an Associate Solutions Engineer to support housing industry clients using AI-powered property management tools. You'll troubleshoot technical issues, investigate bugs, and deliver expert customer support while developing deep knowledge of system configurations and client integrations.
What you'll do
- Investigate root causes of customer issues using SQL queries, logs, and data analysis
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients on system configuration and best practices
- Document bugs and write clear ticket summaries with reproduction steps and business impact
- Communicate issue resolutions to clients and track confirmation across the team
- Understand client onboarding processes and system integrations with email, calendar, CRM, and property management platforms
- Prioritize support efforts based on business impact to client operations

- Written and verbal communication
