About this role

EliseAI is hiring a founding GTM Engineer to redesign go-to-market workflows using AI and automation. You'll partner across Sales, Marketing, CS, and RevOps to identify opportunities, build custom solutions, and scale AI-driven systems that improve efficiency and drive revenue growth.

What you'll do

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to map and optimize GTM processes and workflows
  • Identify and implement AI opportunities to automate or augment sales, marketing, and revenue operations tasks
  • Build custom integrations using APIs, Python, JavaScript, and Google Apps Scripts alongside low-code tools like Clay and Zapier
  • Own projects end-to-end from experimentation and prototyping through implementation, rollout, and team training
  • Track performance metrics, adoption rates, and ROI of new systems and iterate based on results
  • Act as internal expert on AI GTM tooling and help recruit talent to the team
