Software Engineer (New Grads 2025-2026)

About this role

EliseAI is seeking new graduate software engineers to build AI-powered solutions transforming housing and healthcare. You'll work on autonomous systems, develop features end-to-end, and operate with significant ownership in a fast-paced startup environment deploying 100+ times daily.

What you'll do

• Build systems enabling autonomous buildings to operate and communicate intelligently
• Develop and own new product features from design through deployment with customer collaboration
• Improve scalability and reliability of core infrastructure
• Implement architectural improvements and design pattern enhancements
• Transform AI capabilities into user-facing experiences with product and design teams
• Apply engineering best practices in testing, observability, and continuous integration
