Solutions Engineer, Implementation & Delivery | Housing

About this role

EliseAI seeks a Solutions Engineer to lead technical implementation for enterprise housing clients, bridging presales discovery through go-live. You'll configure AI-driven workflows, advise customers on best practices, and partner cross-functionally to ensure successful platform adoption for complex, high-value accounts.

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end technical implementation from presales discovery through configuration, testing, and deployment for enterprise customers
• Conduct technical discovery to map workflows, identify configuration requirements, and develop actionable implementation plans
• Configure and customize EliseAI's platform to match unique operational needs across housing verticals
• Present tailored best practice recommendations and advocate for configurations that drive adoption and measurable outcomes
• Synthesize implementation learnings and serve as internal voice of customer to inform Product and Engineering feedback
• Develop scalable internal assets including playbooks, templates, and frameworks to strengthen team capabilities

• Solutions/Implementation engineering with enterprise SaaS or AI products
• APIs, system integrations, data flows, and configuration platforms
• SQL and BI tools (Looker, Tableau preferred)
