About this role
Lingopal is seeking an early-career AI Engineer to build features for a new enterprise AI agent platform targeting customer-support heavy industries. You'll work directly with the founding team on LLM and voice AI products, ship quickly, and have a voice in product direction.
What you'll do
- Build and deploy product features across the full stack for the AI agent platform
- Prototype rapidly and iterate based on feedback from pilot customers
- Work hands-on with LLMs, AI agents, and voice AI technologies
- Contribute product strategy and ownership mindset, not just execute tickets
- Collaborate closely with founding team and Tech Lead on technical decisions
What they're looking for
- Software engineering fundamentals (systems design, debugging, code quality)
- Python or similar backend language
- Experience with LLMs and AI agent frameworks
- Full-stack development capability
- Voice AI or speech processing knowledge
- Rapid prototyping and iteration
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly in ambiguous environments
