About this role
OpenArt seeks a Growth Data Engineer to build and maintain marketing attribution and tracking systems that measure acquisition efficiency and optimize revenue across channels. You'll own the complete data flow from product to ad platforms, ensuring accurate attribution and enabling data-driven growth decisions.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain marketing attribution systems including UTM tracking, user journeys, and conversion mapping
- Implement first-party data passback to ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok) with conversion and LTV signals
- Configure and manage tracking infrastructure across GTM, pixel implementations, and conversion APIs
- Create and maintain consistent event definitions and schemas across product, CRM, and ad platforms
- Build audience sync pipelines and integrate CRM/warehouse data into ad platforms for optimization
- Debug tracking discrepancies and validate marketing dashboards for data accuracy

- SQL and data warehouse concepts (BigQuery, ETL/ELT)
