About this role
FLORA is seeking an Applied AI Engineer to design and build agentic systems that power their creative operating system, enabling seamless multi-modal workflows for professional creatives. You'll work with founders to architect the intelligence layer that orchestrates AI models across text, image, and video in an intuitive, trustworthy interface.
What you'll do
- Design and implement agentic systems with multi-step pipelines and tool-using agents
- Build evaluation frameworks and testing systems to ensure reliability and consistency
- Develop memory and retrieval systems using vector databases and embeddings
- Orchestrate workflows across multiple models, APIs, and tools with robust error handling
- Collaborate across product, design, and infrastructure teams on feature development
- Integrate multi-modal creative workflows into user-facing products
