About this role
Embrace is seeking a technically skilled Solutions Engineer to help mobile and web developers integrate and optimize their user-focused observability platform. You'll act as a bridge between customers, sales, product, and engineering teams while providing expert technical guidance on implementation and troubleshooting.
What you'll do
- Drive technical integration strategy and customized implementation approaches for prospects and customers
- Troubleshoot and root-cause technical issues, providing clear reproduction steps and product improvement suggestions
- Communicate directly with customers, product, and engineering teams to deliver solutions
- Influence product direction by gathering customer feedback and surfacing bugs efficiently to engineering
- Improve cross-team collaboration by developing tools and enhancing documentation for Sales and Customer Success
- Represent Embrace as a technical expert and communicator to ensure excellent customer experiences
What they're looking for
- Mobile development (iOS, Android) or web development experience
- Code reading and writing (Python, Java, Objective-C, Swift, Kotlin, or JavaScript preferred)
- Linux and/or Mac OS X command line proficiency
- Technical troubleshooting and root-cause analysis
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- OpenTelemetry or observability platform knowledge
- B2B software sales engineering or solutions engineering background
- Problem-solving with curiosity and attention to detail
