Solutions Engineer - US Remote

About this role

Embrace is seeking a technically skilled Solutions Engineer to help mobile and web developers integrate and optimize their user-focused observability platform. You'll act as a bridge between customers, sales, product, and engineering teams while providing expert technical guidance on implementation and troubleshooting.

What you'll do

• Drive technical integration strategy and customized implementation approaches for prospects and customers
• Troubleshoot and root-cause technical issues, providing clear reproduction steps and product improvement suggestions
• Communicate directly with customers, product, and engineering teams to deliver solutions
• Influence product direction by gathering customer feedback and surfacing bugs efficiently to engineering
• Improve cross-team collaboration by developing tools and enhancing documentation for Sales and Customer Success
• Represent Embrace as a technical expert and communicator to ensure excellent customer experiences

What they're looking for

• Mobile development (iOS, Android) or web development experience
• Code reading and writing (Python, Java, Objective-C, Swift, Kotlin, or JavaScript preferred)
• Linux and/or Mac OS X command line proficiency
• Technical troubleshooting and root-cause analysis
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• OpenTelemetry or observability platform knowledge
• B2B software sales engineering or solutions engineering background
• Problem-solving with curiosity and attention to detail
