About this role
MedEvolve seeks an experienced Sales Engineer to bridge technical capabilities and business outcomes for their AI-powered revenue cycle management platform. You'll design custom demos, manage proof-of-concepts, and guide healthcare prospects through complex EHR integrations while quantifying ROI and handling technical objections.
What you'll do
- Design customized demos connecting denial patterns and workflow bottlenecks to platform capabilities using prospect data
- Conduct discovery sessions to assess EHR environments, RCM workflows, and integration requirements
- Build benchmark analyses and ROI models quantifying performance gaps against industry standards
- Manage proof-of-concept engagements end-to-end including scoping, success metrics, and executive presentations
- Advise on EHR integration pathways (SFTP, HL7, RPA, FHIR APIs) based on prospect technology stack
- Support RFP responses, live trials, and healthcare conference presentations
What they're looking for
- Healthcare RCM workflows (claims, denials, AR, payment posting)
- Major EHR/PM systems (Epic, Cerner, Meditech, AdvancedMD, Athenahealth)
- Healthcare data standards (HL7 v2.x, FHIR R4, X12 EDI)
- Technical demo design and delivery to clinical/C-suite audiences
- ROI modeling and business case development
- Integration architecture and troubleshooting
