AI Product Engineer

About this role

Lead the design and implementation of AI-powered systems at Employ, transforming machine learning models into production-ready features across the talent acquisition platform. As a senior engineer on the AI Foundations team, you'll define architectural standards for agents, retrieval systems, and evaluation frameworks while shipping AI-driven capabilities at scale.

What you'll do

• Design and architect AI systems including agents, retrieval pipelines, and orchestration layers
• Define and enforce architectural standards for safe, scalable AI feature deployment
• Build evaluation frameworks to ensure reliability and quality of AI capabilities
• Lead feature delivery from model outputs to production-grade customer-facing systems
• Shape organizational standards for how AI features are built and evaluated across the platform
• Collaborate with the AI Foundations team to evolve AI product capabilities
